The French Ministries of Education and Higher Education offer a lot of certificates to non-french people who want to prove a certain level of knowledge in french. They go from Starter to Advanced, including professional. There’s no limites of ages, anyone around the world can do the tests.
There is a lot of ways you can live in Europe. You can go by exchange programs, by campus france, by your own citizenship (if you have an european citizenship), etc. Let me explain a little better…
